Upgradation of HOPE Formal School
A grant contract for the upgradation of HOPE Formal School, Zia Colony was signed on 19th September by the Acting Consul General of Japan Mr. Masamichi Abe and the chairperson of HOPE Dr. Mubina Agboatwalla. This upgradation includes new rooms, improved vocational center and availability of conveyance for the staff and students.
Expansion of HOPE Hospital
HOPE Hospital 's expansion has been done in two phases Mr Zafar Malik from HOPE USA is supporting ground and two floors construction known as Jannat and Ghulam Memorial Wing and the second floor is sponsored by Mr. Aamir Jamil in memory of his father. The expansion would consist of ICU, Ultrasound room, wards, private rooms and laboratory.
The American Forum, Merit Grant for Young Women (MGYW), distributed goody bags

The American Forum, Merit Grant for Young Women (MGYW), a USA based firm has sponsored 20 students of HOPE Formal School, Zia Colony. On July 18, 2012, the President of MGYW, Ms. Farhana Mohammad distributed goody bags among the students comprising school bags, water bottles, lunch boxes and stationery items. These students were highly appreciated by the management for their consistent performance.
HOPE organizes a Health Awareness Program in Kraft Foods

HOPE on July, 17, 2012 organized 'Health Awareness Program' in two different factories of Kraft Foods, Hub Baluchistan. A team from HOPE comprising reputable doctors, staff nurses, supervisors, project coordinators, IT In charge and a field worker visited manufacturing plants of Kraft Foods to conduct on screen tests and health awareness sessions for its employees.
HOPE installed a hand pump and a Sewing Center
The team from HOPE visited Yousuf Shiekh Village and Yousuf Ahmedani Village, Tehsil Golarchi, District Badin. HOPE has successfully installed a hand pump and established a Sewing Centre there in collaboration with Adamjee Insurance and Human Concern International.
HOPE Ramadan Campaign
HOPE starts its Ramadan Campaign providing Iftar boxes, biryani on a daily basis. Arranging iftars, eid gifts and ration for students in Zia Colony and in the impoverished areas.
