Standard Chartered Bank Partners with HOPE to Host Grand Iftar for 1,600+
Over 1,600 underprivileged students and their families in Karachi, Pakistan were treated to a Grand Iftar this week. Standard Chartered Bank collaborated with HOPE to sponsor this magnanimous affair in which students and their families enjoyed iftar in a community setting and received new Eid clothes and gifts.
Events like these are part and parcel of HOPE’s mission to tackle poverty from all angles, and most importantly instill the notion in these young, impressionable minds that they too are worthy of achieving great success.
